First love, first kiss, first of anything and my guess is you can remember. And you can probably remember with vivid clarity.
Our first experiences are important, sometimes nerve wracking but usually, hopefully exciting too. We associate first times with our youth, but I think it’s something we should continue to seek out as adults. It’s great having stories to tell about encounters that made you smile, blush or just got your adrenaline pumping.
Typically as ‘grown-ups’ we have more responsibilities (which isn’t a bad thing), but it can be good to get out of your comfort zone to avoid the routine of daily habits and chores. Experiences shape us, broaden our mind, help us figure out what we want or don’t want. What we like or don’t like.
So Max Bonny encourages you to open yourself up to brand new experiences, to get excited about creating memories and to look forward to meeting new people.
Your ‘adult’ firsts could be anything from exploring that sexual desire you’ve always been curious about to a bucket-list style adventure / trip. It doesn’t matter what it is but go try it. Your life is your experience – make it count!
