The Enigma
A cocktail recipe from Max Bonny
This could not be simpler and it’s delicious too!
Ingredients:
1 part Brandy
1 part coffee liqueur
Generous scoop of vanilla ice cream
Crushed ice
Splash of milk
Method:
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth (including the crushed ice and splash of milk)
Pour into glasses and garnish with grated chocolate. Yummy!
